Boris has been my HVAC guy since before the pandemic, and I have really appreciated his quick response to my panicked calls in regards to my fairly old air conditioning unit. It"s amazing how he has been able to keep it running without me having to make an large investment in a new air conditioner.Boris is striving towards "green" technology, which I really appreciate. Everyone should know that if either you air conditioner or gas furnace needs to be replaced, you should strongly think about installing a heat pump, which Boris can do. I've had Boris help with a number of issues with our heating/cooling system over the years, and he has always been prompt and efficient, and gotten the job done for a reasonable price.A lot of what he's done is routine maintenance, but he also fixed issues with our exhaust and intake systems to stop them from freezing during the winter. We had dealt with this problem for years, and other HVAC specialists had failed to solve the problem, but Boris got it on the first try!In another instance, I had to reroute the condensation water from 3 furnaces through the inside of a 3-flat.
