Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for a while now and have tried numerous therapists, all very good. Front desk staff is friendly and professional and overall facility is clean. Only two remarks. One, some therapists are sort of chatty. I get it. They're friendly and want to converse, but people come to relax and unwind. Makes the experience awkward as you don't want to offend anyone. Two, last few times, my hour massage was closer to 50 minutes, even though I arrived 15 minutes early. They need to work out the logistics. If they don't take you back to get changed until the start of your session, you don't get the complete hour. Unacceptable for $120, in my...read full review
Kelly is the best massage therapist! I am athlete and have a fourth month old baby, so my body is sore most days. She provides the best deep tissue massage. I thoroughly enjoy the entire experience, including the steam shower after the massage. Highly recommend Urban Oasis!
I hadn't had a massage for about a year; but after returning from a long trip, all of my muscles were uncomfortably tight. I booked a massage at my favorite spot, Urban Oasis. As always, the service was absolutely the best. My therapist, Mimi, was caring and very competent. The environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I'll always return to Urban Oasis.
