Dr. Hlousek has been my dentist for many, many years. He retired in June, but I did not receive the notification until September. I immediately called the dental practice that took over for him and requested my dental records. I now live quite a distance away, but I continued with Dr. Hlousek because I liked him so much and had been a patient for years. Since he retired, I want a dentist closer to where I live. "Smile," the dental practice which took over from him, told me that Dr. Hlousek would send me my records. I offered to pick them up, but they declined. After a month, I called again.
