    I have had several massages at Allyu and their ambiance is the best in the city! This time I decided to add the Infrared sauna and body sugar scrub to my massage and it was amazing! Sandra is extremely talented. There was a little mix up with the scheduling (1st time and very unusual for Allyu) but the owner (I think) immediately fixed the issue and still got me in for everything I was hoping for and more. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

    I absolutely love Allyu Spa. I ONLY go here for my massages. They are super polite and friendly and they always ask and listen to your needs. I've been going for years and will continue to for my more.

    This place was fabulous! Got a 90 minute message. My mom got a message and body scrub. The place is beautiful and relaxing. The customer service was great. The shower was nice, the shower products smelled good. My only suggestion would be for the relaxation area. It needs ottomans so you can put your feet up and really relax.

    My facial and massage with Jacqueline and Ashley was truly an amazing first time experience. Both ladies was patient and very kind made my first time experience great. Allyu spa really nice decor, facial/massage tables nicely heated, and the relaxing tent tranquil. Thank you for the experience will be back again.

    I love this place. I started visiting back in April for a spa day as a present to me for my birthday. I did the Opal package—I believe—and was very impressed by the professionalism, ambiance, and quality of service. Also, the product selections were very good quality. I regularly go for facials with Nicole and mani/pedi with Anna. Both extremely professional and provide A1 services. The prices are justified by the results. Glad I stumbled upon this gem.

    I’ve been here for multiple services…. Massage, facial, pedicure, manicure — always amazing. They’ve done a great job of creating a calming oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Staff has always been friendly.

    I have visited this spa in the past many times and have had a pretty good experience. However in recent months, the service and quality of service does not match the Spa experience presented. Im not sure if there is new management but service and customer service has plummeted significantly. I recently missed an appointment (but really would have shown up significantly late) due to weather and traffic conditions and instead of them being understanding they asked I prepay 50% for my next appointment. This is absurd as this was not a repetitive issue and I am sure this mandate would not have been made had I not been black. The customer service is terrible! Do not recommend!! And, you have the nerve to go up on prices?! How about fix your level of service to align to a high caliber spa facility first. Never Allyu! Never again! Do better! Hire better!! Why so much turnover! Hmmmm….

    Excellent experience here. Scheduled a birthday surprise for my hubby and he LOVED IT. Staff worked with me in advance to easily schedule the spa day we hoped for. Complete relaxation and peace. Masseuses we phenomenal as were the facials, natural products. Great vibe overall. Will definitely be back.

    FIVE STARS! have had many many massages in my life to treat chronic neck back and shoulder pain and Cindy was by far the best therapist I have ever been to. Her type of therapy is unique and far from a typical deep tissue massage. If I didn't live in Miami, I would see her weekly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    UPDATE: I received a very considerate and professional response from the general manager, assuring me that they are dedicated to quality services and customer experience, and that my facial experience was not up to their standard. Her response was much more in line with what I would expect. I will continue going to Allyu for massages and body treatments thanks to her! Original review: I've been here a number of times (and I should note I have also been to MANY other spas across the US). Allyu has a nice relaxing atmosphere; it's great for massages; body scrub was enjoyable (although didn't leave my skin exceptionally soft). HOWEVER, my facial today was disappointing. And the response I got from the manager was even more disappointing -- unfortunately this has really changed my opinion of Allyu. To elaborate -- I got a 90 minute facial. It was mostly relaxing during the experience with a very nice shoulder and facial massage. The main issue during the facial was that it didn't feel very clean or thorough when wiping the sticky products off my face (not good if you have any sensory sensitivities). However, when I left, I noticed the majority of the issues: 1) there was still makeup under my eyes (meaning she did not thoroughly cleanse my face in the multiple times she wiped it down); 2) there was sticky product stuck to my nose, eyebrows, and jaw (so I wasn't crazy during the facial when it felt sticky and unclean); 3) there was tons of hair left from my lip wax (this is the easiest area to wax... I do it myself all the time. There is no reason to miss so much hair!) I had already left and paid with a generous tip. I called the manager very respectfully to let her know my experience. I can forgive mistakes, especially if the person was perhaps new, but I was very unhappy with the manager's response. She said: a) it was dim in the room, so it might be hard to get all the hair and product off; and b) she always has some product left on her after a facial.... I'm sorry but what?!?! That is NOT the response you expect from a high-end and pricey spa. It is not normal to miss hair on a waxing or to have sticky product left on your face! She offered me $25 credit which is honestly insulting because that wouldn't even fully cover an eyebrow wax there (I paid over $200 today alone for the facial/waxing). After I kindly mentioned that, she offered to complimentarily finish the waxing job (this should have been offered in the first place) and up it to a $35 credit.... again, this barely covers anything there. The manager and esthetician I had seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional compared to other nice spas I've been to. TLDR: Don't get a facial here! The price does not reflect the quality!
