Today was our first experience at this Clinic after moving to the Jefferson area. I was nervous bringing my cats Monkey and Squirrel to a place I was not familiar with. Everyone was so friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Awsome people, Awsome place! Highly recommend! Thanks Guys!
Amazing, clean, calm clinic that has amazing staff and caring Vet with compassionate and common sense goals. Utilizing all staff including Tech visits is proof of pet centered care!
I moved to Jefferson a couple of years ago. Wanting to find a veterinarian closer than where I was going before. (Previously lived in Huxley and still seeing a vet in Ames) I am always anxious about starting to go to a new vet clinic as my cats mean the world to me. As luck would have it the cat distribution system blessed me with another cat that wandered into work. They were able to see her that evening to get checked out as they have later evening hours! I was greeted with friendly smiles and felt welcomed from the start from all the staff. Christy is amazing!
