We were visiting from out of town and my boy's glasses had a screw come out. My mother sent us to them and they were very helpful and friendly and replaced the missing screw for free. The boy is happy.
I've only had new bifocals made, in which Optometric Associates of Warren Co,. P.C. has a nicer selection of prescription glasses compared to Wal-Mart. And the staff are wonderful, helpful, and friendly people willing to assist. The next time I have prescription glasses made, I'll definitely go here. Super duper!!!
I have been going here for year’s and have never had a single complaint. The staff is both friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Winjum And go to church with Dr. Anderson both have gone out of there way to be the best doctors they can be. I highly recommend this place and there is no wrong answer when picking between the doctors.
