Everyone at office was very helpful. Communication was excellent anf Jim saved me from owing this year. My first time using a tax professional and was well worth it. They will have my business for as long as either of us are around.
I had to reschedule a couple times due to a hectic family schedule - very pleasant each time. Able to fit us in last minute with a fast friendly easy experience - answered any questions I had promptly. Awesome experience for something tedious but necessary!
