Someone recommended this place to me and I went and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, service was fast. I had Lacy and she did a great fade (which is a challenge with all the cowlicks I have- front and back). Honestly, one of the best if not the best haircut I've received. Mobile check in through their app made booking an appointment easy! Plus I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes before I was in the chair. My stylist was kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Never has a wait except on weekday. Sports clips in Des Moines are terrifically busy. However, this one is less busy than most locations, and you get the quality haircuts that sports clips provides!
