My massage was WONDERFUL. Jess was so good at finding the root of the issues I've been having. The sauna was awesome, and the massage could not have been more helpful. I will absolutely schedule again.
Jess is a miracle worker. I've been having issues with my rotator cuff for months and was about to schedule time with a doctor to discuss options. Between time in the sauna and Jess working on the area, I feel better than I have in months! She not only massaged the pain away but explained every step of the way why she was doing what she was. I feel fantastic and have already scheduled my next appointment. Thank you!!!!
Love Jessica! Shes very knowledgeable about the body and what muscles cause pain and how to treat it. Not only do you get the best massage ever, it actually helps with problems you're having. The atmosphere is really relaxing, she just exudes this relaxed persona, and you end up feeling light as air and pampered when you leave. I won't go anywhere else now.
