i took trapeze yoga (having no previous experience with yoga in general lol) and mia was an awesome teacher! very informative (i didn't know there's a difference between trapeze and aerial yoga!) and helped me feel completely comfortable the whole time. i liked that we used the hammock and straps while on the ground as well as in the air. the pricing is also very reasonable. the equipment and space is nice, with lots of parking!

It's closed. Plus they make you download an app to reserve and pay. And there is a schedule and you rsvp, then you show up and the parking lot is empty and the day care lady says they don't do classes anymore.Just put Virtual classes only on your class schedule! Awful. Never again.

Blue Lotus is a lovely studio with great classes for all levels. I especially enjoy Jennifer Reuter's Shoulder and Back class on Tuesday and her Gentle Yoga on Friday. She has an opening technique for activating the pelvic floor, which generates the life force, energizing and preparing the body for asana practice. And I greatly appreciate all she has done to keep the studio open during the recent COVID shut down. I value having Blue Lotus as a part of our Kailua community.
