We needed a window repair (sash weight replacement on a single hung window). It was a minor repair. The business is family run with some limits on office hours. Sione Jr. came out and installed the part, and showed us how to access the part in case there are future repairs on other windows. He was very personal, and also professional. Big Pacific Glass will be our first choice for future window and glass work and for our future shower door project.

I have now used Big Pacific Glass and Glazing twice. Sione is super communicative and has done a fantastic job with the install. I highly recommend and would use this company again.

We had them install 2 shower doors, 2 vanity mirrors and our glass inserts for our new cabinets. The installers were very professional and the work came out fantastic! We were up against a hard deadline as we had company coming and they got the work done ahead of schedule!!I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade glass or mirrors in their home!!
