As a new patient, I was impressed with the "top of the line" equipment that they have and my eye exam was extremely thorough. But what impressed me the most was Rae, I'm not sure what position she holds but she was amazing. She answered the phone when I called and was very professional and her demeanor and energy was excellent. She was so helpful before I even decided that I would use Windermere Optique, it was her willingness to answer questions, to advise and her professionalism which was the key factor for me deciding to become a patient.

RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! 0/10, I don’t recommend. I moved to GA a few years ago and came to this location here in Sandy Springs every year for an eye exam. I never had a bad experience! The previous manager was very professional and personable.
My experience today with the new manager, Maria Burrow, was awful!! I will never come back to this location nor refer anyone else!

Had been there for getting a pair of sunglasses. They have a pretty good collection. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Maria at the front desk was very kind and friendly. She answered all our questions and made sure we got the best. Thank you, Maria, for helping us out - even though it got a little later than the closing hours.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Bond at Pearle Vision and I am absolutely thrilled with the care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Bond took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my eye exam, answering all of my questions and ensuring I understood each step of the process. The exam was incredibly thorough. She helped me choose a new contact that fit and felt comfortable on my eyes.
Not only is Dr. Bond highly knowledgeable, but she also has a wonderful bedside manner, making me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that she genuinely care about her patients' well-being, and I left feeling well-informed and confident about my eye health. I highly recommend Dr. Bond and the entire practice to anyone in need of exceptional eye care. You won’t be disappointed!
