Whiplash Salon & Boutique is a standout experience from start to finish. The salon is clean, inviting, and instantly puts you at ease. The team is professional, courteous, and clearly committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere. I have been going to Whiplash for approximately eight months, and the consistency has been amazing. They are very considerate with scheduling, which makes every visit smooth and stress free. Kurston is exceptional. She is gentle, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I initially went in for a consultation to color my locs and was quoted a specific price. When I returned the next day for my appointment, I was surprised when the final cost ended up being over $100 more than expected. I paid nearly $300 for the color service, which I was disappointed that did not include a retwist or style. I had requested a permanent dye, but the color faded much quicker than anticipated—lasting only about two months.

I have been here twice and have good experiences with Halo. For my most recent visit, I booked a wash amd retouch for my sew in but someone booked me with the wrong person, and the manager went above and beyond to rectify it. I got a sew in the first time and a sew in wash the second time.
