I could not be more thankful for all of the instructors at Georgia James. During my time at the studio I built strength and confidence in Pilates. I am currently in Albania and although I do not know the language, I am still able to successfully complete a reformer Pilates class because of everything I learned at GJ! Pilates meets you where you are - Joseph Pilates. ?

I started Reformer Pilates here a few months ago, and I genuinely look forward to every class. The instructors strike the perfect balance between challenging you and making sure you feel comfortable and safe. They’re incredibly hands-on with corrections (in the best way), and they genuinely care about helping you progress.
What I really appreciate is how the classes never feel repetitive—there’s always a new focus or variation that keeps things interesting. You work hard, but in such a mindful way that you leave feeling refreshed rather than drained.

The best pilates studio in Savannah! The instructors are all awesome and walk you through each class. Started going here after wrist surgery and these classes have helped me through my healing process!! :)
