John was very nice and communicated well. My primary concern was spider extermination and removal throughout my yard including my backyard berm. I should have walked around with him to be sure that none were missed. I did walk around my yard a few minutes ago. Numerous webs and spiders were eliminated but there are still two significant ones on my berm and a smaller one in the flower bed on the back side of my house. I understand that you will come back to remove those.
My hat is off to Dantavious Ponder.. 5 stars to him and 3 for Moxie.. after a month of trying to get Moxie out to combat the spiders and us having to walk around with a baseball bat to keep the pterodactyl size mosquitoes from carrying my 3 year old away, this man took care of business.. no other service member has been on it like him. He said I got you, then went to work! Give this man a Raise!
Our Tech was from Boston and his Knowledgeable of insects and the product was absolutely amazing. He made sure that we were taken good care of and he took his time in protecting our home.. Thanks Moxie!!!
