I just recently found out that computer zone has changed ownership. Normally when I hear this there is always a cause of concern or skepticism. Though the team i just met today was 10/10 the real deal.this change in ownership sounds like computer zone is getting a huge level up with extremely attentive and caring staff that really know there stuff. Brent, Garret, and Tommy are amazing my computer had some issues after a huge storm they took it in and ran diagnostics on pretty much every part to where they found the issue. They gave me solutions and recommendations for repairs and upgrades if i so choose to. They are a wealth of knowledge and not pushy at all when it comes to sales. They make you feel comfortable to trust your computer with. I'm glad to know all my future computer needs will be in their capable hands. Computer Zone is the only place to go!
Was having an issue with my PC after moving rooms, so I called in regarding availability and Tommy answered. He was very helpful in answering my questions and said I could bring it in the same day. Garrett was actually the one who helped me out once I got there, and he was able to identify and fix the issue in less than 15 minutes!! He walked me through the entire process and was very informative and nice. Will visit again if my PC breaks again ?

I went to this location yesterday for help with hardware issues after having dismantled my laptop. Tommy greeted me at the door and after explaining the issue I was having, he quickly identified the problem and corrected it. It was a relatively simple fix, and not only did Tommy not charge me but he educated me on a few things. I could not thank him enough for his kindness and the valuable lessons I learned. Left several screws off of my laptop when putting it back together. This device had never been taken apart prior to them working on it and when i finally got around to adjusting the trackpad that they put back uneven I noticed screws missing on the inside AND outside of my machine. Careless.*I didn’t go in there to have my track pad repaired, that’s just what was messed up! Obvi I’m not leaving my first name, so, I guess look harder. Don’t know what else to tell you.
Bought a graphics card, benchmarked in person, got home and when I plugged it in it was working fine, even did my own benchmark. But after sometime the screen started flickering. Brought it back and he replaced it for us.

Took my laptop In because it wouldn't turn on, I was told it would be 3 days before they could look at it and that was fine. After a week I called and they said it would be another few days before they could take a look at it. After about 12 days they called me and said that the charger was bad and they would order me a new one. When the new one came in it tuned out they ordered me the wrong one. They refunded me the amount for the charger but I was still left with a $40-50 diagnostic fee. They told me to just order my own charger which I ended up doing, but that's not the worst part. The charger wasn't even the issue. I got 2 new chargers and my laptop still doesn't work, I payed $50 and went 3 weeks without my laptop just to find out the diagnosis they gave me was wrong.
