Love the new look at first I was having trouble finding a pair that said Melissa. Kolbi came started handing me what he thought was great for me and he hit the bullseye!!! I love them thank kolbi for your time and help. He is so kind and so nice need more like him that cares about people.
I went there on Tuesday early in the morning. It was very chaotic and the staff seemed to be unsure of what they were doing. I left and decided to come back later in the day. When I returned around 4 pm there were 2 customers already in the store. The store manager was all over the place and very unsure of what she was doing. She had to ask another employee Mona to help her figure my benefits out. Mona was helping another customer at the time and took it upon herself to help me anyways. She quickly figured out what I needed and presented the info to the other lady. Got my eye exam taken care of quickly and efficiently! The staff was very nice and helpful. This was my first time getting glasses and they were clear and informative about everything! Plus everything was incredibly affordable!
