I usually come to this place to get my eyebrows threaded because it's very close to where I live. However, I've noticed that every time I do go I always find myself repeating to myself in my head "please don't mess them up." Usually it's a 50/50 change that the come out looking decent. That's giving them the benefit of the doubt! But today was the worst experience. I went in to get my full face threaded. (side note: everytime I go it always someone different working, you I ally never see the same Girls) when I walked in one of the ladies had just finished with a customer and asked me to sit down. The best location of the franchise. Walk-ins are welcome and the place is really clean and well organized. I prefer threading to waxing, plucking and shaving my eyebrows, It cost $10 to have your eyebrows arched and they are done to precision. The workers are very friendly and I love when places remember me as a customer. In my mind that is the best type of customer service. I highly recommend this place.
