Great way to ease into a fitness regimen and then kick up the instesity at your own pace. Been a member for a year and everytime I go I leave with a sense of accomplishment. It's a great way to workout with great trainers that let you keep your pace and push you when you're ready.

I highly recommend 9Rounds and this is the best place to come if you’re serious about your health. Lee, is awesome and he gave me my free workout back in November of 2020 but I wasn’t ready to sign up just yet. I finally signed up on June 2, 2021 because I gained weight and I wanted to be a healthier me. Jerry, is the trainer I have been working with for the last two days and he is phenomenal as well. He showed me how to do each round step by step. I feel amazing and I am super excited about my weight journey. I am going to give it 110% and I really appreciate the staff here, especially Lee and Jerry. I can tell they really care about helping people reach there goals...read full review
