Really appreciate the family that runs this place. I have been taking clothes to Lutz for a couple of years now, and they always do right by me. I even had to have a last-minute alteration done before a wedding and they got it done for me in the time frame I requested. These guys are honest business people.

Outrageous pricing!!! $49.95 for a gentle machine wash of a luxury sheet set with fold. We priced another cleaner to make sure we weren’t losing our minds, and they charge $22. If you come here make sure you get pricing up front. Insane.

I had a very positive experience at this cleaners. The guy that works in the front was very nice and prompt. I walked in with my baby in his car seat to drop off a tablecloth. He offered to bring my item out when it was finished so that I wouldn't have to carry the car seat in again and I thought that was very thoughtful. They did a great job on the tablecloth and I will be returning.
