Amazing Lash Studio

I wanted to be excited about this studio but the last time I was there one of the employees made me feel very unwanted and unwelcome. I booked for a first timer $79.99 set, i was upsold to hybrid set and I didn’t realize until after the service was over that was another $40 charge. So for $129.99 i had a mediocre at best hybrid set that fell apart within 10 days. I got the set on the 10th on the 20th i had 40% lashes. when I noticed the lashes were falling out in clumps, I was shocked because my original tech spent a good deal of our appointment talking about how proud of her work she is and how a lot of the lash techs in the studio or not as good as her. I had my extensions done with Nicole and it was seriously the best cosmetic experience I have ever had. I get a lot of anxiety with getting services done (not being able to move, not being able to see what’s happening, etc) and Nicole took every step possible to ensure my comfort. She had cozy blankets, calming meditation music playing, and even did one eye at a time so I wasn’t taped shut the whole time. Truly the most calming, comfortable experience I have ever had.
