Wow wow wow! We had our Sofa, ottoman & rug cleaned today. I have no words for this company. They are beyond professional, quick and got the job done. Last week on a Friday night, Mr. Padron showed up at 7 pm to inspect an expensive rug that our dog had an accident on. He explained the material needed special cleaning and showed us a video about the process. He also quoted my wife and I for steam cleaning on our upstairs carpet. His team arrived and they put the rug back in place, perfectly cleaned, and then steam cleaned our upstairs carpet and the stairs. Professional, friendly, and prompt.
