I tried the v steam with a friend for the first time. It was wonderful experience, very calm and relaxing. Going to make it a monthly routine. Looking forward to trying the body wraps.
OMG...if you never had a V-Steam then your mind, body and spirit is definitely missing out. Love this place. This is a once a month thing for me and my Neice. The atmosphere adds to the experience and the owners really put time and effort to ensure you enjoy your treatment.
I was pleasantly greeted by Miss Constance and seeing my name on the whiteboard. I feel bad a short survey regarding my health status. I will stop fully asked if I need to use the restroom before we began which I did. I found it clean and fresh.I was advised to watch my step as I stepped into the throne room for my V-Steam! I wore the provided purple gown, took off my wig, etc. and laid down my phone. Soon I was transported to a relaxing warm that filled my heart with peace and rest. After an hour I felt lighter and my mood was totally positive and my mind clear. My knees even stopped hurting- briefly.
