So thankful for this place! I had flown from Louisville to Apalachicola for a wedding. I desperately needed a spray tan and had only used VersaSpa in the past. The owner inquired about the reason I needed/wanted a spray tan and other details. Near the end of our convo, she recommended hand spraying as opposed to VersaSpa since I was in the wedding. She made her case, and I was sold. She was professional, did a wonderful job, and helped me look like my best self. She also gave great advice on how to care for it and extend the life of the tan. Was passing thru Tallahassee on my way to catch a cruise and decided a spray tan might be a good idea. My google search brought up a bunch of "chain" "club" tanning places that wont let you do just one session. Tan Shadows came up, privately owned... No appointment necessary (bonus!) Their prices were great! The place was clean! Lynn the owner was so friendly and got me right in. I got the perfect sunkissed tan! No Orange!!
Earlier I was extremely upset of how my boyfriend was treated over a policy that I was made aware of. Having been a frequent customer and spending quite a bit of money there I was very aggravated with how he was treated. Lynn, the owner, personally called me to apologize and say that she had found my belongings and would put them aside for them to be picked up. I'm beyond excited with how she handled my situation and made everything alright, that is great customer service!!!
