The best Arch experts! Ashley was so kind and a good conversation and my brows look like a true professional has done them my whole life! I never thought I would love my brows but she changed that. From the tint to the wax, I will not let anyone else touch my brows besides the brow bar at Ulta in Tallahassee!
I made a walk-in appointment with Megan and they were very accommodating. I only waited 10 mins and they offered me water while I waited. I had never gotten my brows waxed before and I was super nervous. But Megan was incredibly comforting and explained everything along the way. Needless to say, my brows looked amazing! I have uneven, asymmetrical brows, but she knew how to make them look as even/matching as possible while keeping them full. Will definitely be making it a regular thing.
I was asked in every department I went into if I needed help. Everyone greeted me and smiled. A smile can go a long way. I did notice a few of the cosmetics were low on stock for my skin color. I was taken around all the perfumes by a sales rep until we found what I liked. Then onto the salon, that I didn't know existed. I was approached and asked immediatly if I needed assistance. I was also informed that you get 25% off you first visit. Time to make a hair appointment.
