Dr. Jordan Lindblom was very informative in my first visit. She did a thorough exam, asked great questions, and took time to help me understand. Treatment plan for pelvic floor strengthening and other symptoms is encouraging for a healthy future.
I have 40 years experience as a critical care nurse, professor and fitness professional. I suffered with stress incontinence. I am half way through my sessions with doctor Jordan and have learned sooo much about pressure control. Through my personalized exercise plan, I am seeing results. I highly recommend pelvic balance to any woman suffering from incontinence.
Dr. Natalie Park was a wonderful therapist, who really knows her stuff! She was able to use different tools and modalities to modify my treatment plan based on my symptoms and how things were progressing throughout the weeks. She was always available to answer my questions, and was so accommodating despite arriving late to some of my appointments because of morning traffic! I felt very comfortable and safe with her, and she was always attentive to my needs, my comfort level, and made sure that I was making good progress.
