Great Service!! Cam arrived timely, very professional!! I am so thankful for the referral from Lisa Friedman. I will also be referring Dave to anyone that needs AC services. Thank you and thank God for honest service.
I lost my a/c last year for 3 weeks in July - UGH. Mastro came out diagnosed the issue and even tried to get me a temp unit while we waited for new unit (backlog due to time of year and all). They were professional courteous and genuinely concerned. New unit is great and experience.
Mastro came as a recommendation from a neighbor, and I've never ever looked back. They come running in an emergency, are very knowledgeable, and have no problems explaining what it is they are doing (I'm an engineer, so I always want to know.). If you need AC guys, these are the guys you need!
Update: These guys are still the best! Had an issue today, they came right out, diagnosed the problem right away, and had the A/C running in no time flat..
