I've only been there once, the place is clean, friendly service, a little pushy on products but overall a good first impression. My second visit was on presidents day, called ahead of time to make sure they were open, the machine said 1 to 5. When I arrived at 2 there was a note on the door saying they were closed. Very unprofessional. It takes me a half hour to get there so very inconvenient. 4 other people can and left, all rather upset, in the few minutes I was there. I paid for a month so will continue to go and just hope it gets better.

Kallie really knows her stuff and took the time to explain how to properly spray tan for my first time ever. Plus, what a great deal there - the best tan for the best money I've ever gotten in my life and I've been tanning off and on for 20+ years!

As far as this lady writing this review. She noted she was pregnant and the owner was protecting her as a person and protecting the business by tell the customer she needed a drs note. If lakewood ranch location let he partake in the services the she lied on the paperwork. This place rocks. The owner, Kalli really knows what she is talking about. She was amazing with a warm and soothing atmosphere.
