Trying to make an appointment because that's they only way to be seen, yet noone ever answers the phone, at least hire a receptionist or someone that can take phone calls and set appointments.

The rude idiotic women who work here told me as long as I was there by 4:30 I could pay the fees I owe, and then after traveling an hour from monticello to here and arriving at 4:15 they said that I was to late and they just kept pushing me off onto eachother because nobody wanted to deal with an upset customer who had been lied to. Fire who ever is answering the phones and get someone with basic education. I have never seen people this stupid, lazy, or rude anywhere I have ever gone. This place is full of ignorance and it's sad and pathetic, the entire office should be closed down or they need to clean house with all new staff who actually WANT to keep their jobs instead...read full review
