I found Superior Carpet Cleaners by reading reviews and I can certainly say they really lived up to their reputation! I was scheduled as quickly as I wanted them and they cleaned a sofa that was stained with black ink, a fairly new plush carpet with 3 old urine stains, and a swivel chair. Bill got every single stain out and and gave me some helpful tips if this happens again with our puppy! I will definitely call them again and would gladly refer them to my friends.
I foolishly purchased a white rug and right away got a few spots on it that I tried to clean myself. Big mistake!! I called Superior, Bill and Greg came out, and my rug looks like new! They were everything you want in a contractor--knowledgable, professional, friendly and provided a 10* experience. I couldn't be more pleased with my result. Bill also offered me other cleaning tips for my upholstery and area rugs, the entire experience was fabulous. I will recommend them to everyone.

I can't begin to express how thrilled we are with Superior. Bill gave us a great estimate and had us scheduled in a very timely manner. The crew arrived on time, and began to clean our carpets as well as tile, in a way that left no doubt about their knowledge and skill. Everything was done so well that I feel like I am in a brand new home. We've used other companies in the past but never again. No one can compare to just how professional and thorough everyone who is with this business is. Bill, thank you for being on top of everything.
