Amending my initial review of VI Paws. We parted ways with Ana after being clients for 3 years. She never really listened to how we wanted our havanese groomed. She always ended up grooming our dog like a poodle. Ana is also hard to communicate with and one too many times she didn't arrive at appointments and had us double booked with someone else. The final straw was 2 years ago when she claimed to lose all of her phone contacts and couldn't remember my dog or who we were less than 24 hours before an appointment. Found her to be a bit too temperamental for us to deal with anymore.

Anna was always the best groomer for my 15 year old Holly. Anna was kind, and my Holly really enjoyed her grooming. My Holly passed away peacefully ? from brain tumor. We are going to rescue another fur baby, and will definitely have Anna back for a great groomer. Thank you Anna for all you did for our Holly

Ana has been grooming our Schnauzer for a about a year. We have never had any issues. Morty always looks like a million dollars afterwards. Ana has always been friendly and professional with us. Any time I needed to communicate with Ana she always answered my questions. We have NO problems at all.
