First i we wanted to thank Maritza so much for helping us and have Mr Landy come to our assistance ASAP he was a professional technition, very polite and had our new water heater installed professionally and also replace a main water shut off valve skillfully done thank you Mr Martin for your great help also, I will definitely be recommending I Need A PLUMBER to my family & friends from this day on I NEED A PLUMBER will be our number one to call, HAPPY HOLIDAYS GOD BLESS YOU GUYS.Service: Water heater installation
Derrick and Cameron were wonderful! They were very respectful and clearly explained the process. Once the work was done, they clearly explained any unexpected changes in price and why. But still kept it within expected range. They left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. I couldn't be any happier with this company! From the lovely lady who took our call (I forget her name but it started with an M) to Derrick the technician, to Cameron the gentleman training with Derrick, we received phenomenal service. The lady who scheduled our appointment suggested we contact the city first to ensure it wasn’t an issue on their end; advice that I imagine few companies would give. Once the Derrick and Cameron arrived, they were very personal and professional and not to mention quick to fix our issue. I would 10/10 recommend this team to anyone that needs a reliable plumber
