Derrick was the tech who visited us to fix the A/C. He was very professional from wearing shoe protectors so that dirt from the outside would not come in the house to assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done and the cost and timing. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. I definitely recommend I Need The Plumber as well as Derrick!
Eric with I Need the Plumber provided exceptional service during the installation of our new hot water heater. The company offered the unit at a fair price, and Eric made the installation process smooth and professional. He was courteous, respectful, and took great care while working in our home.
