Laura at the lee vista location was amazing and went above and beyond. She gave me information that I didn't know and I've been tanning for years. We need more Laura's in this world ?. She is kind and always smiling and happy.
Upon a negative experience with a staff member, the staff here wrote negative things about me on my tanning profile. It is rude and very unprofessional. I am uncertain how they plan on staying in business while talking about their customers. I reached out to management with no response.
The cheap beds burn stripes on my body. It's crazy. They run specials that are confusing. To get tan and stay tan I had to buy bronzer for over $60. And use the bigger better machines a lot, like 2xweek! It adds up fast and I find it costing more like $75-100 a month. I think its better to just use the bronzer alone Way too much trouble. On the up side it's very clean and the staff is friendly and smart. Never too busy
