Nice folks, but can most definitely use some pointers on barbershop etiquette towards clients. After all this is a customer service oriented business. Help facilitate this by doing more than greeting clients walking in. Begin your service with a brief, friendly, and professional chat let clients know that there may be a wait due to prescheduled appointments. Came in and waited patiently for 2 hours no one thought it was necessary to ask if we had appointments, what service you need etc. Please respect others time. You guys weren't that busy.
