Had great experiences at sport clips all over the US, but Bella gave me the best haircut I’ve gotten in the Middleburg/orange park area. She was super kind and took her time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, will return and recommend Bella to everyone!
Estrella Grace gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for while being friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative! The store was clean and tidy. They even walked me through the product and method they used to style my hair!
I went there three different times over a month and a half Time frame. And each time it was several hours before closing time and there was only one person there saying she had to leave and go get her kids and no one showed up to work to take over her spot, And she couldn't take me, the doors were actually locked I had to knock on the door for her to even come to the door to unlock it and tell me this three different times on three different days, So the place was shut down 3 to 4 hours before they were supposed to close on multiple occasions, Then when I finally did get a haircut I waited for an hour and a half she said I was next After the guy before me paid, then... read full review
