After submitting an online request for an appointment that was not acknowledged, I called the office and was able to speak with someone to schedule my appointment. The young man that took my information was very professional and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted and the intake process began; it was painless and expeditious. The assistant/Tech that I had was absolutely wonderful; she communicated, was very courteous, accommodating and professional.
“Dr. GiGi” was also top notch. She explained everything, gave me a thorough eye exam and gave me a chance to ask questions.

Dr. GiGi was absolutely AMAZING as was her tech Jade. I had such a positive experience I ended up hugging her at the end of my exam. The only reason for 4 stars was scheduling an appointment was challenging and I had to call a few times and leave messages before I was able to connect with someone.
Finding a healthcare provide in Ocala has been really hard - but something about walking into their office made me feel like I'd chosen the right place. I'm actually excited to continue my care here!
I've been going to this establishment for over fourty years and always very pleased with the doctors, staff and cleanliness of the facility.
They ask you to come 15 mins early for paperwork which is understandable but not very happy about waiting an entire hour to be seen. Obviously scheduling needs to be addressed. A very disappointing visit today.
