The customer service and technical knowledge has been greatly appreciated… Previous experiences from other local water companies were not satisfactory and the issues not addressed by them were handled promptly and professionally by Travis… I highly recommend their services as the ladies at the office desks were cordial and the technicians attending to our needs were professional and knowledgeable !

Travis came to our home to do a water analysis and noticed that our water softener was not installed properly! (I installed it) after making a minor adjustment and some friendly conversation, he said “you guys should be all set now.” He didn’t try to sell us anything and was friendly and cordial.
