The customer service and technical knowledge has been greatly appreciated… Previous experiences from other local water companies were not satisfactory and the issues not addressed by them were handled promptly and professionally by Travis… I highly recommend their services as the ladies at the office desks were cordial and the technicians attending to our needs were professional and knowledgeable !
Called on Tuesday. Travis showed up on Wednesday. Had all the parts that needed to be replaced on my system. Up and running in about an hour. Travis was really knowledgeable and very easy to speak to. I will definitely call for future water needs.
Culligan Water recommended Gater Water to me this afternoon. I accidently cracked and broke pvc pipe leading from my well. Their repair man was here within 2 hours and quickly repaired the damage. While he was here he also repaired a hose bib. Amazingly quick service. I would recommend them and will use them again.
