I always saw Dr marrero. She was excellent in explaining everything to me. The young ladies in the front were so helpful. I’m sad Dr Marrero is no longer with Sanitas as I got yo know her and she knew my health history. I don’t get the other bad reviews from other patients.
I seldomly do any google review but my experience today at this sanitas medical center was out of this world loved the whole experience, the team was great especially the nurse Esther and dr Martinez he really took the time to listen to what i had to say and explained everything to me, i recommend this clinic because the whole team is awesome, lovely experience
EDIT/UPDATE: I was wrong. They actually DO NOT serve walk-ins here as per their website. Seems like they just did me a favor the other times -- which is rare in Miami!
They refused service today, after having serviced me plenty of times before. Told me to take myself 90 avenues out west knowing damn well I’m too sick to do it.
