I highly recommend this company. I needed a new HVAC system at my office. I called Tom.. he gave me a very reasonable price quote over the phone and did a full system install within 2 days. The communication was great, he was on time, the team was respectful and had good communication and the job is done quickly and with no mess. We are very pleased with the new system. Tom with modern air inc. is great. He replaced downstairs unit last year and now replacing upstairs. He is a man of his word comes out quickly and schedules the replacement always within a couple days in and out like clockwork. He is by far the best and most competitive around the Tampa area. Anyone who has something different to say must be talking about a different company. The crew is just as good. Thank you Tom I will be giving your # out to a lot of people!!
