HOC took out and replaced carpeting in my bedrooms. They were very responsive and professional from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive and reasonable. The job was done quickly after finalizing the carpet brand and colors. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get carpeting installed.

Since I was out of the country, Adam personally helped with color selection, provided clear and consistent communication, and even went to my residence to color match with samples.
Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process completely worry-free. The installation was completed ahead of schedule, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing.

Rich, the office manager, was very knowledgeable about their products and lined us up with a great product. The installation was very good; they have terrific installers. Very poor installation, carpet not tucked in properly at the tile floor leaving a gap and higher carpet that is already beginning to fray. When a complaint was made, installer said there was some problem with the sub floor but rather than contact me about the problem, they went ahead and did the sloppy installation. They want to charge $900 to do the job right, about 40% of my entire bill. I regret doing business with this company and would advise others to beware.
