Nicky was professional and really knows her craft! Great consultation and listened to what I wanted as well as her giving me her expert advice on what would look good on any occasion. Wow loved my lashes and I received so many compliments! I will definitely get my lash extensions from Luv-A-Lash any time; especially every event I go to! There are not enough stars to rate Nicole! From the moment I called to make my appointment she responded right away. She suggested I review her instagram account to get an idea for what I wanted. She even gave me instructions on what to do prior to the appointment which was super helpful. This was my first time EVER putting on lashes. She was so professional, caring, sweet, and patient with me. She explained everything from the moment I stepped foot in the door. She is passionate and wanted to make sure what I wanted was able to be achieved. And boy did she surpass my expectations.
