Booked appointments for 6 girls on a trip and we all got massages. Over all the experience was great and my therapist (Edgar) was amazing he really worked my problem areas and I can say it was the best massage I've ever had. I do think that the waiting area was a bit small and sort of crammed but there was the perk of the pool pass. The sauna was very good after my massage. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Miami!

I had a nice massage and reflexology appt here. Can't give 5 stars though because It was not a very luxurious spa. Waiting room was small and not comfy. Also the locker rooms etc were just ok. Reception ladies were very nice and welcoming. Couldn't get a mani pedi cause the only technician was out on maternity leave. Also no hair styling etc offered at salon.

I've enjoyed this spa about 4 years ago when it was called Aqua, so I came back with a positive outlook. Unfortunately, the therapist I originally was greeted by had a poor attitude but I'm not going to detail about that bad experience because I'm very grateful to the Director Selina who so graciously took the time to listen to my complaint, put herself in my shoes, and guided me to try for the first time a male therapist who was Juan. Thank you Selina, Juan was absolutely WONDERFUL! He made me feel at ease, comfortable, and overall just had a positive vibe.
