I do recommend Freedom Air for their A/C installs. I do not recommend them for their plymbing service plan. You wait months for them to schedule your inspection, and then they keep canceling and rescheduling. I have no idea what their inspection does for you since we still haven't had one even though we paid for it about 9 months ago. Stay away from their plumbing inspection plan.

First it is easy to get service call scheduled. They get technicians out quickly when you have a problem. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They explain the situation and help you make the best outcome. My system is now in top notch condition and I am very happy with their service. I will definitely call them for any plumbing/AC issues that come up.
