The worst doctor office I ever been too.. The front desk staff is disrespectful that takes wrong information, and claims she is right and looks at you dumb for her mistakes. I told her on the phone the I was looking for doctor that is a great fit for my child without changing the insurance and she that is fine she understands, but when I get there things changed she starts telling me that that’s not true and she didn’t say that. I’m so disappointed, and upset over it that for even coming all the way there.. and yeah, I said somethings I shouldn’t have, but what she did was wrong!! She shouldn’t have lied. Zero stars! Keep your kids away! This office is racist and rude toward military families. I was assigned to this location by my insurance, and when I called to make an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist was incredibly disrespectful and had a terrible attitude throughout the call. She demonstrated zero phone etiquette and constantly talked down to me. Anytime I asked a simple question, I was met with resistance.
When I asked her to hold so I could retrieve my insurance information, she became impatient and suggested I go elsewhere. I tried to reason with her, but she resorted to name-calling and even shouted that my kids were not welcome... read full review
I Had an appointment set up for today @9 am the offices states hours are 8-5 during the week. At my arrival the office was closed . No one contacted me to inform me of anything such an inconvenience. This is my first time here based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend.
