Couldn’t be happier with Drains Plus of Jacksonville. The guys were quick to respond and got my water looking right! I had terrible well water, every time I filled the bathtub it looked like it was full of sweet-tea. After they installed the new system my water is crystal clear and smells clean. No more rust stains on my tiles or in my sinks!

Let me just start off by saying that if you have any plumbing issues Drains Plus is who you need to call !!! I rent a property and the kitchen sink started to back up had landlord look at say he couldn’t fix the issue because he didn’t know what it was refused to help me said I’m on my own. I called up David with Drains plus and him and his coworker came out the next morning and figured out exactly what the issue was. They were not so kind and helpful and even spoke with the landlord to advise what needed to be done to repair or fix the issue. Called Drains Plus for their help with a very specific project with custom sink and Faucet builds with a very short deadline. Despite a full schedule and loads of storm recovery projects, Bud and Dave both found the time to help us knock this project out of the park 4 days ahead of schedule. Thank you “Drains Plus of Jacksonville” for doing such a fantastic job. They were super punctual, very professional and also personable. Without hesitation they saw what had to be done and they got to it. Myself and my client are very impressed with both quality and their rates. We already look forward to working with them again in the near future.
