The classes are exciting and challenging. No matter how bad I feel when I go in from the stress of the day, I always feel amazing by the end of the lesson. They've helped me improve the quality of my life expodentialy!
This a wonderful martial arts school. I have been practicing for almost a year now, and the benefits are tremendously life changing. I had balance and coordination issues before I came to the school. With Regional Instructor Nate’s guidance both have improved greatly. My strength, flexibility and mental calmness has also improved. I’ll be a life long student at Oom Yung Doe.
As a wife, mother and grandmother you tend to put yourself last. Through my Oom Yung Doe training I have learned to balance my mind and body using the weapons and practicing the forms. I have never felt this energetic in all my life.
