Menayra is a blessing. I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Looked for alternatives then just meds. Her 16-session program has taught me new ways to handle the daily challenges and her approach was to always about my well-being. Will continue to visit her on this new journey in my life.
I did a 2 hour Reiki session with Menayra and it was the most beautiful, emotional ,and best healing experience of my entire life . From the moment I walked into her studio I instantly felt safe to share my feelings with her, she has a beautiful ,understanding Soul , and will really bring out the best healing experience for your body , mind and soul . This was my first time trying out Reiki , and I ? would recommend her to anyone , I walked out feeling so peaceful and relieved .. Have you had craniosacral massage? So excited to find Menayra, Physical Therapist, owner, Holistic Quarters downtown Lakeland, who excels in this massage. Brain surgery 2000, scar tissue causing tightness creates off balance, nausea, blurred vision, ear, forehead pain and migraine symptoms. Her website has information and you schedule 90 minute appointment. During appointment, she took health history. Next I got on table fully dressed on my back. Lying that way makes me nauseated.
