Super warm welcome when I walked in! The (manager? owner?) was in the back giving a color seminar to off-duty stylists. She stopped what she was doing to say hi, thank me for stopping in, and to let me know someone would be with me shortly.The haircut was perfectly fine, no complaints. I did, however, feel a little rushed. Strangely, at the end of the session, the stylist did not offer to show me the back of my head using the hand mirror like in every haircut ever. At first I was concerned, but it was fine. But I shouldn't have had to ask.
I had a great experience here after a panic due to an experience at another salon. Russel was able to color correct my hair and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely be back!Service: Hair coloring
