HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Dirty salon, unwelcoming atmosphere, technicians use ALREADY USED NAIL FILES!!!!!!! Basic pedicure doesn't even include scented water.
Been here twice and both times I make a appointment and I've had to wait over one hour even with appointments they are so short staffed I won't be returning here terrible.
This is only my second experience with Hannah doing my nails but as long as I am in the FLW area I will always come back to her.. She does beautiful nails and is so incredibly sweet!
