I am so glad I found Massage in Session. You are definitely in good hands here. Shawn is a master of his craft and truly cares, very personable. I came to him for a trigger point spot in my back that I have been dealing with for years and not only was he able to work his magic on that, he relieved other trouble spots I didn't even realize I had. He also gave me great advice for stretches and movements I can do at home to help further. Great environment. I instantly booked my next appointment.

This review is LONG overdue. I came to Jacksonville to perform with the Symphony in December. Unfortunately I was suffering from a major headache that would not go away. Trying to sing with it was absolute torture. Thank goodness I found Shawn! He was able to identify where the tension was starting from, explained the mechanics behind his work, and even iced my neck and back afterwards. It was honestly the best, most effective massage of my life.
